Tasting Notes
Colour is green/yellow. Impressive nose, dominated by aromas of roasted dried nuts, honey, juniper and dried fruits. The palate is predominantly metallic, intensely fatty with a long aftertaste. This wine is aged for 6 months in fresh oak barrels and can be enjoyed all year round.

Grilled vegetables with garlic, sauteed in red sauce, sweet potato stuffed with cheese, rabbit (marinaded therein), moussaka, mussels with linguini, and charcoal-grilled fatty fish.
